Yes, there are 2 ways in Dragon Metrics to handle domain name changes:

Create new campaign for the new domain (recommended)

You can create a new campaign with the same set of keyword tracked, and monitor its ranking transition over time, after all the old ranking being transferred to the new domain, you can pause the old campaign and only use the new one.

Change campaign tracking URL (not recommended)

We generally do not recommend changing the tracking URL in Dragon Metrics. Since it takes time for search engines to slowly replace your old site with the new one in their index and rankings, you may see a sudden drop in rankings until the transition is complete. Changing the tracking URL also causes data inconsistency issues with historic data in Dragon Metrics.

However, if you'd still like to go ahead and change the tracking URL, you can learn how to do it here.
