You can upgrade your subscription at any time by starting a live chat with our Customer Success team who will walk you through the process. It's quick and easy, and typically takes effect immediately. Just click the chat icon in the bottom right of every screen.
Pricing for upgrades will be prorated against the remaining time left in the current period and any amount you've already paid.
For example, if the current period started on Jan 1st, upgrading from the Starter plan ($990 / year) to Basic ($2,490 / year) on September 5th would only cost $481. See below for an example calculation.
