Cancelling a Free Trial Account
If you're currently using a free trial of the platform and you're not interested in purchasing a full subscription, there's nothing you need to do. Since you're never asked to provide a credit card or billing details, your account will simply expire at the end of the trial period.
If you have an active subscription with Dragon Metrics and would like to cancel, you can do so directly with this link or by navigating to Usage and Billing under Account Settings in the left navigation and clicking cancel next to your plan.
On the cancellation page, you'll be provided details on the exact date when your account will be inactive, and encouraged to export any data you need prior to this date. To finalize your cancellation, click Cancel my subscription.
After this, you'll be presented with a very brief survey to provide your feedback on your experience. It only takes 1-2 minutes to complete, and we highly value your response and honest feedback. This will help us to continue to improve the product for other users. Although this step is not required, we would greatly appreciate your response.
