Since each campaign in Dragon Metrics can only contain 1 tracking URL, if you have an international website with different subdirectories, parameters or subdomains, you should set up different campaign for each country's URL, setting up campaign separately also allow you to grant different level of campaign access to your team member.

If you have a single URL targeting different countries, you may still setup multiple campaigns and track them differently, but too keep thing simple you can setup 1 campaign with multiple keyword group tracking different countries' search engines as well.

In the case where you only want to look at the ranking of the other versions for same set of keywords, you can add them as competitors so that the ranking position will also be tracked and visible under competitor keyword ranking page.
