What are SERP Features?
SERP Features are result types on the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) that are different and typically more detailed and advanced than a simple basic organic type. Common examples of SERP features are image, video, or map results.
SERP Features in Dragon Metrics
The SERP Features column on Dragon Metrics ranking reports list all result types that appear on page 1 of the SERP that are not basic organic results. These result types will be shown regardless of whether the tracked site is ranking for any of them or not.
The image below illustrates that in addition to basic organic results, there are sitelinks, a local box, and image results displayed on SERP for the query biltmore hotel on Bing. You may also notice that the Image result icon it shown in blue, which indicates the tracked site appears as one of the sites in the image result.

Baidu Brand Zone allows brand owners to purchase additional real estate for their branded search queries. Design of the Brand Zone snippets can be highly customized.
