Competitor modules retrieve data from multiple competitor reports under Ranking in Dragon Metrics. Competitor modules can be added in a custom report to compare the ranking performance with your competitors.

Note: This article explains the differences between the Competitor modules and how they can be customized. Learn more about how to create a new report here.

Available Competitor Modules

There are 5 ranking modules available to choose from under Competitors after clicking Add Module.

Basics of customizing modules

Each module can be customized differently depends on its types and usages. However, there are a few options here that will almost always remain consistent:

Title

Date Range

Tags

You can filter by one or more tags to see only the set of keywords you're interested in.

If Include any is selected, keywords that include any of the selected tags will be included.

If Include all is selected, only keywords that include all of the selected tags will be included.

You can even build more complex queries by adding another Tag filter. Just click +more

An additional Tag filter will now be available (joined with boolean AND logic).
