Site Issue modules retrieve data from site-auditor reports under Site in Dragon Metrics. Site Issue modules can be added in a custom report to show the SEO progress of your campaign's site.

Available Site Issues Modules

There are 5 Site Issues Modules available to choose from under Site Issues after clicking Add Module.

Accessing the setting of the module

Modules can be customized by clicking on the gear icon button located in the top bar of each module, as shown below:

Basics of customizing modules

Each module can be customized differently depends on its types and usages. However, there are a few options here that will almost always remain consistent:

Title

This is the display title for the reporting module which will be shown in the report. Check Hide title on report to hide the title in the report.

Date Range

The selected period for the data of the module. Check Hide date range on report to hide the date in the report.

Campaign

The selected campaign for the data of the module.

Show

Check the sections/report elements to show within the module, or Uncheck to exclude them from the module. Different modules have different sections/report elements available to choose from.

Site Issue Summary

This module lists the most prevalent issues affecting your site, grouped by priority.

It Includes the trend chart for total issues of each priority and the number of URLs affected by each issue.

Summary for High Priority

It can be customized to show the same summary format for Medium, Low, and Notice priority issues.

By default it shows 3 major sections inside each summary (You can customize and choose which one to include under Show of the module's setting):

  • The callout of the number issues

  • The trend chart showing the number of issues over the selected date range

  • The table shows the issue type, number of issues, and % of the total issue

The module can be further customized by changing its setting:

  • Include: Choose to include the summary of High, Medium, Low, and/or Notice priority issues

  • Dates Shown: By default, the module show Entire History in the trend chart, You can modify it to show the Primary date range only.

  • Show: Choose to include callouts, chart, or table in each summary.

Site Issue by Type

This module shows the breakdown of all issues affecting your site, grouped by issue type.

By default it shows 2 major sections inside each summary (You can customize and choose which one to include under Show of the module's setting):

  • The chart of each issue type and the number of issues

  • The table of each issue type, with the number of issues and % of the total

The module can be further customized by changing its setting:

  • Show: Choose to include chart, and/or table.

Site Issues by Priority

This module shows the breakdown of all issues affecting your site, grouped by issue priority.

By default it shows 2 major sections inside each summary (You can customize and choose which one to include under Show of the module's setting):

  • The chart of each issue priority and the number of issues

  • The table of each issue priority, with the number of issues and % of the total

The module can be further customized by changing its setting:

  • Show: Choose to include chart, and/or table.

Site Issues Details

This module shows detailed information for an individual site issue, including trend over time, list of URLs affected, and all other relevant information to understand and fix the issue.

You can choose to include an explanation of what the issue is and instructions on how to fix it.

Note: This module is only available for the most recent 30 days.

By default, it shows 2 major sections and 1 section is available to choose to show (You can customize and choose which one to include under Show of the module's setting):

  • The trend chart showing the number of the selected issue

  • The table showing the URLs related to the selected issue

  • Issue explanation (available to select and show under show in the module's setting)

The module can be further customized by changing its setting:

  • Issue: Choose from over 30+ issues and select one to show the detail.

  • Dates Shown: By default, the module show Entire History in the trend chart, You can modify it to show the Primary date range only.

  • Row Limit: You can select to show 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, and up to 500 rows in the table.

  • Show: Choose to include the chart, and/or table in the module.

Site Issues Trend

This module shows the total number of current site issues, grouped by priority, and their trend over time.

It shows 2 sections by default and 1 section is available to choose to show (You can customize and choose which one to include under Show of the module's setting):

  • The callout of each issue priority and the number of issues

  • The trend chart of each issue priority in the selected date range

  • The table of showing the number of each issue type (available to select under show in setting)

The module can be further customized by changing its setting:

  • Include: Total issues, high priority, medium priority, low priority, and notice issues are available to choose from to show in the module.

  • Dates Shown: By default, the module show Entire History in the trend chart, You can modify it to show the Primary date range only.

  • Show: By default, the module includes only callouts and charts. You can choose to include the table in the module.
