Ranking modules retrieve data from multiple reports under Ranking in Dragon Metrics. Ranking modules can be added in a custom report to show the ranking performance of your campaign's site.
Note: This article explains the differences between the ranking modules and how they can be customized. Learn more about how to create a new report here.
Available Ranking Modules
There are 7 ranking modules available to choose from under Rankings after clicking Add Module.

Accessing the setting of the module
Modules can be customized by clicking on the gear icon button located in the top bar of each module, as shown below:


Basics of customizing modules
Each module can be customized differently depends on its types and usages. However, there are a few options here that will almost always remain consistent:
Title

This is the display title for the reporting module which will be shown in the report. Check Hide title on report to hide the title in the report.
Date Range


The selected period for the data of the module. Check Hide date range on report to hide the date in the report.
Campaign

The selected campaign for the data of the module.
Tags
You can filter by one or more tags to see only the set of keywords you're interested in.

If Include any is selected, keywords that include any of the selected tags will be included.

If Include all is selected, only keywords that include all of the selected tags will be included.

You can even build more complex queries by adding another Tag filter. Just click +more

An additional Tag filter will now be available (joined with boolean AND logic).
Show

Check the sections/report elements to show within the module, or Uncheck to exclude them from the module. Different modules have different sections/report elements available to choose from.
Ranking Overview
This module includes a high-level analysis of how your site's organic keyword rankings are performing.
By default it shows 4 major sections (You can customize and choose which one to include under Show of the module's setting):
Top callouts for Organic visibility, Top keywords, and Average Position
Ranking positions distribution
Trend chart of ranking keywords
Trend table of ranking keywords

The module can be customized by changing its setting:

Tags: Choose to include only certain tagged keywords in this module
Search Engine: Choose which search engines to be included in the data calculation of this module
Site: The campaign's site is selected by default in this module. To show ranking data for a competitor site, select it from the list.
Include Universal Results: Choose whether Universal Results should be considered in this module
Table Columns: Toggle which data columns to be shown in the table. By default, Date, Organic Visibility, Top 50 Keywords, Top 10 Keywords, Position 1. 2-5, 6-10, 11-20, 21-30 are selected. 31-40, 41-50, 50+, Average position, Ranking URLs are available to select and include in the table.
Show: Choose to show Callouts, Trend Chart, Ranking Distribution, and/or Trend Table in the module.
Tags
This module shows a comparison of how each tag's organic keyword rankings are performing.
There are 2 sections shown by default and 1 section available to select and include under Show of the module's setting:

Search Engine: Choose which search engines to be included in the data calculation of this module

Include Universal Results: Choose whether Universal Results should be considered in this module
Table Columns: Toggle which data columns to be shown in the table. By default, Tag, Organic Visibility, Top 50 Keywords, Top 10 Keywords, Position 1. 2-5, 6-10, 11-20, 21-30 are selected. 31-40, 41-50, 50+, Average position, Ranking URLs are available to select and include in the table.
Show: By default Keyword Ranking Chart and Table are selected. When Organic Visibility Chart is selected, it will show the organic visibility for each tag.
Search Engine Ranking
This module shows a comparison of how well your organic keyword rankings are performing in each search engine.
There are 2 sections shown by default and 1 section available to select and include under Show of the module's setting:
Keyword Ranking Chart for each search engine tracked in the campaign.
Tags table showing Organic Visibility and the number of keywords ranking in the Top 10, Top 50, and other ranking positions.

The module can be further customized by changing its setting:

Include Universal Results: Choose whether Universal Results should be considered in this module
Table Columns: Toggle which data columns to be shown in the table. By default, Search Engines, Organic Visibility, Top 50 Keywords, Top 10 Keywords, Position 1. 2-5, 6-10, 11-20, 21-30 are selected. 31-40, 41-50, 50+, Average position, Ranking URLs are available to select and include in the table.
Show: By default, Keyword Ranking Chart and Table are selected. When Organic Visibility Chart is selected, it will show the organic visibility bar for each search engine
Keyword Ranking Performance
This module shows organic keyword ranking for each individual keyword. By default, these columns are included:

Keyword: Each row in the table is a different keyword in the campaign
Rank: The ranking position for the end date of the selected date range
Type: If the ranking URL is a rich result, the Type column will display the SERP feature
Change: The change column shows the difference between the ranking position of the highest-ranking URL on the beginning date and the end date
Ranking URL: The URL ranking at this position
Monthly Search Volume: The average monthly search volume
Trend: The detailed history of this keyword's popularity
SERP Features: A preview of the types of rich results found on the SERP. Results are included in this column whether or not your site is found in the SERP feature. If your site is ranking the SERP feature, the icon will be blue, otherwise, it will be grey.
Columns hidden by default can be selected to show under Table Columns in the module's setting.
Translation: An optional translation of the keyword that may be included when adding keywords
Rank (No Universal): The ranking position if ignoring all rich results on the page.
Search engine: The tracked search engine
Region: The tracked region
Tags: A list of all tags applied to this keyword

Site: The campaign's site is selected by default in this module. To show ranking data for a competitor site, select it from the list.
Sort: By default, keywords are sorted by alphabetic order. You can choose to sort by Highest Ranking, Biggest Moving (Biggest change in positions), Biggest Increase, and Decrease.
Table Columns: Toggle which data columns to be shown in the table.
Include Universal Results: Choose whether Universal Results should be considered in this module
Row Limit: You can select to show 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, and up to 500 rows in the table.
Keyword Ranking History
This module shows the historical trend of individual keyword ranking. It displays up to 7 dates at once to provide a 7 day/week/month trend of keyword ranking.

By default, these columns are included:
Keyword: Each row in the table is a different keyword in the campaign
Rank: The ranking position for the end date of the selected date range
Change: The change column shows the difference between the ranking position of the highest-ranking URL on the beginning date and the end date
Trend: The detailed history of this keyword's popularity
Columns hidden by default can be selected to show under Table Columns in the module's setting.
Translation: An optional translation of the keyword that may be included when adding keywords
Search Engine: Choose which search engines to be included in the data calculation of this module
Ranking URL End Date: The URL that ranks on this keyword at the selected end date
Preferred Landing Page: The URL that you are using to target this keyword or the URL would like to rank highest for this keyword
Monthly Search Volume: The average monthly search volume
Tags: A list of all tags applied to this keyword

Sort: By default, keywords are sorted by alphabetic order. You can choose to sort by Highest Ranking, Biggest Moving (Biggest change in positions), Biggest Increase, and Decrease.

Row Limit: You can select to show 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, and up to 500 rows in the table.
Change Calculation: By default, the change is calculated with Begin and End Date. You can switch to Most Recent Two Date which will be based on the 2 recent ranking update days to calculate the change in position.
Include Universal Results: Choose whether Universal Results should be considered in this module
Google Search Console
This module shows clicks, impressions, CTR, and rankings straight from Google Search Console.
You can use this to see which keywords are driving organic traffic, get keyword ideas, and compare Google Search Console rankings to Dragon Metrics rankings.

By default, it shows 3 major sections (You can customize and choose which one to include under Show of the module's setting):
The callout of Clicks, Impression, Average CTR, and Average Position
The trend chart of Clicks and Impression
The table of ranking keywords with details from GSC
The module can be further customized by changing its setting:

Country: You can choose to show data for specific countries. Countries available are based on search engines currently tracked for this campaign
Device: By default, it shows Google Search Console data across all devices. You may choose to only view data on Desktop or Mobile + Tablet
Search Engine: When you are tracking multiple Google countries and languages for the default campaign, you can choose the one to be displayed
Keywords to include: By default, it shows all keywords from GSC. You can choose only tracked keywords to show only keyword tracking in Dragon Metrics
Row Limit: You can select to show 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, and up to 500 rows in the table.
Show: Choose to show callouts, charts, or table in the module
Landing Pages
This module shows keyword rankings grouped by landing pages. It includes ranking keywords for each URL, with ranking positions, search volume, organic traffic, and conversions.

By default, it shows 2 major sections (You can customize and choose which one to include under Show of the module's setting):
The callouts of ranking URLs and top 10 URLs
The table of ranking URLs and keywords
The module can be further customized by changing its setting:

Tags: Choose to include only certain tagged keywords in this module
Search Engine: Choose which search engines to be included in the data calculation of this module
Site: The campaign's site is selected by default in this module. To show ranking data for a competitor site, select it from the list
Display ranking keywords: By default, the module shows the ranking keyword of each URL. You can select No to hide ranking keywords for each URL.
Maximum keywords shown per URL: You can select to show the maximum number of keywords (1 - 10) ranking per URL
Row Limit: You can select to show 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, and up to 500 rows in the table.
Sort: By default, results are sorted by alphabetic order. You can choose to sort by monthly search volume, organic session, and conversions
Include Universal Results: Choose whether Universal Results should be considered in this module
