We strive to deliver this data as quickly and as accurately as possible, but due to the unpredictable nature of SERP collection, sometimes it may take a bit longer to retrieve this data, or there may be an issue in getting an accurate SERP. This could prevent the app from delivering SERP results in the desired time frame.

When this happens, you may see a message in the app that says "SERP data unavailable". Our engineers will be alerted to the situation, and will take any corrective action to help make sure this situation arises as infrequently as possible.
