A Conversion is the number of times website visitors complete a desired action on your site, such as making purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or filling out a contact form.
In Dragon Metrics, Conversions are Goals pulled from your Google Analytics account if you've chosen to integrate this data.
By default, Conversions is the number for "All Goals" in Google Analytics, but you can choose which goals to include by using the Goals filter option.
On some reports, you may need to click the expand arrow in the filter to review all options:
